Description

The Sauer 101 Classic is an entry-level model into the Sauer 101 family of bolt-action rifles. It features a sleek full stock made of walnut-masein wood with an oil finish and a soft rubber recoil pad. The barrel is cold-hammer forged for guaranteed accuracy, and the receiver is made using the latest CNC milling technology. The rifle has a single-stage trigger with an extra wide, match-rifle-shaped trigger blade for premium-class shooting comfort. The trigger weight is 950 g (2lb.). The patented EVER REST concept provides ultra-robust bedding and maximum decoupling of the barrel and receiver for precision even under extreme climatic conditions. The rifle has a direct firing pin safety called DURA SAFE, which operates as an ergonomic slide on the bolt shroud. The Sauer 101 Classic is available in Magnum calibers such as .300 Win. Mag. and 7mm Rem. Mag.
